Montessori in Uxbridge is situated near main shopping centre and residential area , easy accessible for parents who are rushing to catch the train to Paddington or passing by on A40 driving from High Wycombe, Ivor, Denham , Maidenhead - we are not only convenient setting to drop your baby /toddler off, but setting that will nurture, support and provide full care for your baby /toddler.
We offer parents show arounds, thorough induction and flexible settling in for babies and toddlers , supporting all our families and their needs.
Healthy eating , tooth brushing ( oral health) , independence and language for communication is what we try to imbed and build foundation to all of our children to get them ready for school nurseries, school and life in general with all the good habits .
We pride our self to support our little discoverers holistically-making sure their personal , social and emotional well beings are met, they form strong key person attachments and build healthy friendship groups among themselves.
Montessori in Uxbridge offers broad and balanced curriculum for all our children where " in the moment " planning are based on children's interest that will support their next steps and support them in every area of their learning and development.
We offer indoor and outdoor play opportunities on a daily basis -from gardening , looking after the plants, hunting for insects, feeding them and observing and learning about their habitats, learning about birds , sounds, transport, engaging in messy play, water play , sand and paintings are just few of the many activities children access in our outdoor space along side all gross motor opportunities.

Montessori area currently focus on fine motor skills, introductions to colours, counting and matching for out older toddlers.
Baskets and tray are changed every 2 weeks to provide variety of opportunities within the Montessori teaching and allowing children to be curious , explore and learn Montessori way- with independence and making choice. This theory of teaching tell us that children have an innate interest to learn and will be able to do so in a suitable environment and we strives to create and provide environment that is filled with order, cleanliness, beauty, and harmony and calmness.
Food
At Little Inventors Montessori Nursery in Uxbridge we recognize that the food our children eat affects every aspect of their lives: their mood, behaviour, growth, even their ability to concentrate. Good nutrition is vital to a child’s health from building strong bones and teeth to the healthy development of internal organs and general growth. Our carefully put together menu’s offer the children a well balanced diet on a daily basis. All our food is prepared at the nursery by a qualified chef. We take care of each child's individual dietary requirement whether it is for cultural, religious or it is a dietary intolerance. We feel that is important to teach the children the importance of eating healthy. The children learn about healthy choices and eat healthy while at school we will ensure meals, snacks and drinks provided by us are varied, nutritious, and well balanced Montessori Nursery in Uxbridge is a beef, nut and pork free school. We also provide Halal meat and vegetarian/vegan options. The children are served water or milk only we also do not add any salt or sugar to our food.
