Our meals are coming from Zebedee's Lunch Box. All of their dishes are freshly prepared on the day of delivery and contain only high quality, fresh ingredients. Their menus provide the essential food groups and meet the dietary needs of growing children. The menus include plenty of fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and organic pulses. All food is baked, braised, steamed or boiled and they do not serve any deep fried items also use low salt products wherever possible.

The menus are designed with health in mind, however, they are also committed to cultivating enjoyment of a variety of tastes in young people, which contributes to a balanced diet in later life. As well as traditional fare, the menus include more inventive dishes, created by chefs to introduce new flavours to the children. They do 'Around the World' theme day, which features every 3 weeks on the menu, presents authentic dishes from around the world and can be used as a tool for teaching children about different cuisines and cultures.

We also take care of each child's individual dietary requirement whether it is for cultural, religious or it is a dietary intolerance. During your time at Acton Day Nursery & Pre-school please feel free to discuss any dietary requirements with us.
